The Pie Life is a Gluten Free site with SALSA accreditation. We do not allow Gluten or Wheat into our production areas and we test all of our finished products through an accredited laboratory to ensure gluten is <20ppm .
We have dedicated a large amount of our time over the past 4 years designing Gluten Free Pastry that matches our original best-selling wheat shortcrust pastry and our famous wheat suet pastry. We now use our Gluten Free Shortcrust and Gluten Free Suet Pastry in all of our pies as we are confident that it really is just as good as wheat!
